Privacy policy

Effective September 24, 2026. This policy covers this website, its founding lists and the apps it describes (DryLog).

Who we are

What we collect on this website

When you join a founding list we store:

your email address, and your name and company if you give them;
the role you choose and which app's list you joined;
how you found us: the campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the referring website, and the page you landed on;
the time you gave consent and the time you joined.

We use this only to email you about the app you chose (progress updates, the launch and the founding price) and to measure which channels bring interested people. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to other lists.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We do not store your IP address with your signup.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or analytics scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep founding-list details until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or twelve months after the app launches (or after we decide not to build it), whichever comes first.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email info@zincirx.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, Canada or California) you may have further rights, and you can complain to your data protection authority.

The apps

The apps are designed to keep your work on your device. Jobs, readings, photos and reports are stored in the app's private storage on your phone or tablet. There is no account and no server that receives this information, and the apps contain no analytics, advertising or tracking code. When you share a PDF report, it goes only where you send it. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and we receive only confirmation that a purchase was made.

Children

This site and the apps are professional tools and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date, and email founding-list members about any material change.
