Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything in Clearwright, including photos and PDF reports, works with no signal. It never needs a connection to do its job.
Is it for iPhone or Android?
Both. Clearwright runs on iPhone and iPad, and on Android phones and tablets.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once through the App Store or Google Play and own it. No monthly fee, and no per-report fee from us.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. There is no account and no cloud server holding your jobs. Your data, photos and reports stay on your phone or tablet until you choose to share them, so keep your device backed up.
When can I get it?
Clearwright is coming to the App Store and Google Play soon. Leave your email and we'll send you the link as soon as it's live.
Can I get a refund?
You buy through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies. Try it free on one project first: every screen works, and reports are marked Trial until you unlock.
Is it a replacement for the standards?
No. Clearwright records what you observe, measure and sample, and lays out the documents state rules ask for. IICRC S520 and ASTM D7338 are named for reference only; their text is not reproduced. Every pass or fail is your judgment against your protocol.
Can a remediator use it?
It is built for assessors. Texas, New York and Florida keep assessment and remediation of the same project with different companies, so Clearwright warns when the remediator on a protocol is your own company.
