What Tagwright does
Barcode and tag scanning
Scan a unit's barcode to pull up its location, type, size, history and due dates.
Extinguisher inspections
Tap only what fails on each unit. Next annual inspection, six-year maintenance and hydrostatic test dates are worked out for every extinguisher.
Sprinkler inspections
Quarterly and annual checklists for each riser, with main drain static and residual pressure. Items summarize common NFPA 25 inspection points in plain language.
Deficiency photos
Photograph each deficiency, attach it to the unit and add a note for the quote.
PDF certificates and reports
Signed by the technician, with your company name, logo and license number, ready to email to the building owner.

Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything in Tagwright, including photos and PDF reports, works with no signal. It never needs a connection to do its job.
Is it for iPhone or Android?
Both. Tagwright is being built for iPhone and Android, on phones and tablets.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once through the App Store or Google Play and own it. No monthly fee, and no per-report fee from us.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. There is no account and no cloud server holding your jobs. Your data, photos and reports stay on your phone or tablet until you choose to share them, so keep your device backed up.
When does it launch?
We're aiming for October 2026. Tagwright is not available yet. People on the founding list hear first and get the founding price. If there isn't enough interest to build it, we'll email the list and say so.
Can I get a refund?
Joining the founding list is free, so there is nothing to refund. After launch, you buy through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies.
Will my fire marshal accept the report?
Requirements vary by jurisdiction. Tagwright produces a clear PDF with your inspection data, photos and license number. Check which forms your authority having jurisdiction requires.
Does it include the NFPA standards?
No. Checklist items summarize common inspection points in plain language so you can work through a building quickly. Check the edition your authority having jurisdiction adopts in your own copy of the standard. Tagwright does not reproduce NFPA text.
