What Trimvane does
Outlets against design
Initial and final readings, percent of design as you type, and every outlet on one tolerance band.
Duct traverses
Log-Tchebycheff, log-linear and equal-area points with hole depths, density-corrected velocity, and the plane quality test.
Fans, motors and VAV boxes
Static pressures, sheaves and belt slip, volts and amps per leg, BHP, fan-law targets, and VAV setpoints against the controller.
Pumps, coils and valves
Pump head and flow off the curve, coil capacity at test conditions, and circuit setters from Cv or Kv and the pressure drop.

Questions
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything in Trimvane, including photos and PDF reports, works with no signal. It never needs a connection to do its job.
Is it for iPhone or Android?
Both. Trimvane runs on iPhone and iPad, and on Android phones and tablets.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once through the App Store or Google Play and own it. No monthly fee, and no per-report fee from us.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. There is no account and no cloud server holding your jobs. Your data, photos and reports stay on your phone or tablet until you choose to share them, so keep your device backed up.
When can I get it?
Trimvane is coming to the App Store and Google Play soon. Leave your email and we'll send you the link as soon as it's live.
Can I get a refund?
You buy through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies. Try it free on one project first: every screen works, and reports are marked Trial until you unlock.
Does it follow NEBB, AABC or TABB?
You choose your certifying body and edition per project. Trimvane sets the report title and labels to suit, and the tolerances start from that body's usual values, which you change to the project spec. With NEBB you paste the certification statement from your current Procedural Standard.
Does it work with my instruments?
Yes, any brand: you type the readings in. There is no instrument connection. The instrument list in the report records each instrument's serial number and calibration dates and flags any that were out of date on your test days.
