Yes. Everything in Playwarden, including photos and PDF reports, works with no signal. It never needs a connection to do its job.

Is there a subscription?

Where is my data stored?
On your device. There is no account and no cloud server holding your jobs. Your data, photos and reports stay on your phone or tablet until you choose to share them, so keep your device backed up.

Does it replace the standards?
No. Checklist items summarize the U.S. CPSC Public Playground Safety Handbook in plain language, with section numbers. ASTM standards (such as F1487 and F1292) are not reproduced; check them in your own copies. Playwarden records what you observe; it does not certify a playground as safe.
Can parks crews use it for weekly checks?
Yes. Routine checks use a short checklist per piece of equipment. The playground shows when the next routine check and the next full audit are due.
