What Latchmark does
Every item, door by door
The annual swinging-door items in plain words, 13 or 11 depending on the edition. Mark each one Pass, Deficient or N/A; one tap passes the rest.
Clearances, measured
Pick the fraction off your feeler gauge. Hollow metal and wood doors are checked against the limits as you go; a gap out of limits marks the door deficient.
Smoke and egress doors
Smoke barrier doors get the NFPA 105 seal check, and egress doors the annual NFPA 101 egress checks.
Re-inspect what failed
After repairs, start a re-inspection that covers only the failed doors. Each door shows its latest result.
Signed reports and CSV
The record details NFPA 80 asks for, a deficiency register, a door table with clearances and a door-by-door grid, signed on site. Export the door list as CSV.
How it works
List the openings
Add each door with its opening number, location, rating and materials, or scan its tag.
Inspect and measure
Mark every item, enter the gaps, photograph deficiencies. Next door is one tap away. Works offline.

Questions
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything in Latchmark, including photos and PDF reports, works with no signal. It never needs a connection to do its job.
Is it for iPhone or Android?
Both. Latchmark runs on iPhone and iPad, and on Android phones and tablets.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once through the App Store or Google Play and own it. No monthly fee, and no per-report fee from us.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. There is no account and no cloud server holding your jobs. Your data, photos and reports stay on your phone or tablet until you choose to share them, so keep your device backed up.
When can I get it?
Latchmark is in App Store and Google Play review now. Leave your email and we'll send you the link as soon as it's live.
Can I get a refund?
You buy through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies. Try it free on one building first: every screen works, and reports are marked Trial until you unlock.
Does it replace NFPA 80?
No. Checklist items summarize what NFPA 80, NFPA 105 and NFPA 101 ask an inspector to verify, in our own words with section numbers. The codes' text is not reproduced; check your own copies and the door's listing. Latchmark records what you observe; it does not certify that a door complies.
Can it handle a whole hospital?
Yes. Buildings with hundreds of doors work offline, with search, QR tags, a next-door button that follows your walk order, and a report that stays readable with a door-by-door grid.
