Is it for iPhone or Android?
Both. Plumbic runs on iPhone and iPad, and on Android phones and tablets.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once through the App Store or Google Play and own it. No monthly fee, and no per-report fee from us.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. There is no account and no cloud server holding your jobs. Your data, photos and reports stay on your phone or tablet until you choose to share them, so keep your device backed up.
When can I get it?
Plumbic is coming to the App Store and Google Play soon. Leave your email and we'll send you the link as soon as it's live.
Can I get a refund?
You buy through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies. Try it free on one property first: every screen works, and reports are marked Trial until you unlock.
Does it replace the regulations or the HUD Guidelines?
No. Plumbic records what you test and sample and lays out the report contents federal rules list (40 CFR 745.227). Every finding is yours as the certified professional; check your state's rules, which may be stricter.
Does it work with my XRF?
Yes, any analyzer: you enter each reading and set the classification from your instrument's Performance Characteristic Sheet. There is no device connection.
