How do I restore my Pro unlock on a new phone?

Install Clearwright with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. The unlock is a one-time purchase and carries over at no charge.

Will my projects move to a new phone?

Projects are stored only on the device, with no cloud account. Share each project's PDF report before you switch phones so you keep a copy. Your device's own backup (iCloud or Google) may include app data, depending on your settings.

Does Clearwright decide whether a room passes clearance?

No. You write the clearance criteria into the protocol before remediation starts, and after remediation you mark each work area passed or failed against them. Clearwright shows your readings and lab results side by side with the outdoor control and the same area before remediation, but it never applies a threshold of its own.

Which states does it follow?

Choose the state rules for each project: Texas, New York, Florida, Washington DC or other. They set the document titles (a New York remediation plan includes cost and timeline), the Texas TDLR complaint notice and Consumer Mold Information Sheet record, and the warning when your own company is listed as the remediator where that is not allowed.

The sample barcode will not scan. What can I do?

Turn on the torch from the scan screen and hold the phone 10 to 20 cm from the label. If the label is damaged, type the cassette number instead.

Why does my report say Trial?

The free version allows one project and marks reports as Trial. Unlock Clearwright Pro once (Settings, then Unlock) for unlimited projects and clean reports with your logo.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later, and Android phones and tablets with Android 7 or later.
