How do I restore my Pro unlock on a new phone?

Install Plumbic with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. The unlock is a one-time purchase and carries over at no charge.

Will my properties move to a new phone?

Properties are stored only on the device, with no cloud account. Share each property's PDF report before you switch phones so you keep a copy. Your device's own backup (iCloud or Google) may include app data, depending on your settings.

Does Plumbic measure lead?

No. You enter the readings from your own XRF analyzer and the results from your laboratory. Plumbic classifies each XRF reading with your analyzer's Performance Characteristic Sheet and compares dust and soil results with the federal standards.

How are inconclusive XRF readings handled?

When your analyzer's sheet has an inconclusive range, readings inside it, both ends included, are inconclusive. Until a paint chip settles them they are treated as lead-based paint in the hazards and reported as positive (presumed), never as negative.

Which dust-lead numbers does it use?

The 2024 EPA rule in force from January 12, 2026: any reportable dust-lead level on a floor or window sill is a hazard, and clearance action levels are 5, 40 and 100 µg/ft² for floors, sills and troughs. A composite is compared with the action level divided by half its number of subsamples. State and local rules may be stricter.

Why does my report say Trial?

The free version allows one property and marks reports as Trial. Unlock Plumbic Pro once (Settings, then Unlock) for unlimited properties and clean reports with your logo.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later, and Android phones and tablets with Android 7 or later.
