Trimvane privacy policy

Effective September 25, 2026. Trimvane is published by ZincirX Inc.. This policy covers the Trimvane app for iPhone, iPad and Android.

Summary

Trimvane does not collect, transmit or sell your data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

Information stored on your device

Project details you enter (building and firm names, systems, outlets, traverse readings, fan, motor, pump and valve data, instruments, deficiencies, notes, photos, your stamp image and signatures), photos you add, your company details and logo are saved only in the app's private storage on your device. We have no server that receives this information, and we cannot see or recover it.

Camera and photo library

Trimvane asks for camera or photo library access only when you choose to add a photo, a logo or your stamp. Photos you take are copied into the app's private storage and used only in your reports.

Reports you share

When you share or print a PDF report, it goes only to the app or person you choose through your device's share or print feature. That transfer is controlled by you and the receiving service.

Purchases

The optional one-time Pro unlock is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment details. The app only receives confirmation that the purchase was made.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

Trimvane contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Children

Trimvane is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Deleting your data

You can delete any project inside the app. Uninstalling Trimvane removes all of its data from your device.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
