Playwarden privacy policy

Effective September 25, 2026. Playwarden is published by ZincirX Inc.. This policy covers the Playwarden app for iPhone, iPad and Android.

Summary

Playwarden does not collect, transmit or sell your data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

Information stored on your device

Playground details you enter (names, addresses, owners and contacts, equipment records, inspection results, measurements, notes and signatures), photos you add, your company details and logo are saved only in the app's private storage on your device. We have no server that receives this information, and we cannot see or recover it.

Camera and photo library

Playwarden asks for camera or photo library access only when you scan an equipment tag or choose to add a photo or a logo. Tag scanning happens on the device; camera images are not saved or sent anywhere. Photos you take are copied into the app's private storage and used only in your reports.

Reports you share

When you share or print a PDF report, it goes only to the app or person you choose through your device's share or print feature. That transfer is controlled by you and the receiving service.

Purchases

The optional one-time Pro unlock is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment details. The app only receives confirmation that the purchase was made.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

Playwarden contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Children

Playwarden is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Deleting your data

You can delete any playground inside the app. Uninstalling Playwarden removes all of its data from your device.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
